About 11 km from Hieu Waterfall is Chàm Stream, where you can find giant water wheels and enjoy a bamboo raft ride on the river. The bamboo raft tour lasts for 1 hour, with each raft accommodating 8 to 14 people, costing $2.03 per person.

In addition, visitors should not miss hiking through the terraced rice fields, cycling, and taking bamboo raft excursions on the river. Alternatively, you can simply relax, read a book, and breathe in the fresh air.

5. Kho Muong Village and Bat Cave

Kho Muong Village and Bat Cave (Hang Dơi) are among the most captivating attractions in Pu Luong that visitors should not miss. The road to Kho Muong is challenging, with winding paths along mountain cliffs and deep ravines, but arriving there leaves everyone in awe of its hidden beauty. Even from a distance, you can see the stilt houses, expansive rice fields, and corn plantations, all surrounded by rolling hills that embrace the village.

Walking from the edge of the village through the expansive rice fields towards the end of the trail leads you to Bat Cave (Hang Dơi) or Kho Muong Cave. The limestone formations, created around 250 million years ago, have formed these caves. They also serve as a habitat for many species of bats. 6. Pho Doan Market

The market sells a variety of local products, including fresh produce, traditional handicrafts, and ethnic clothing. It’s a great place to purchase unique souvenirs and sample local foods. The market is frequented by members of different ethnic groups, including the Thai and H’mong, offering a chance to observe and interact with various communities.
